Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. kokzz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and retain any deposited funds in those accounts to cover administrative costs and damages. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There are no processing fees applied by kokzz on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Crypto deposits in USDT or BTC may be subject to standard network transaction fees, which are determined by the relevant blockchain network and not by kokzz. Deposits are credited to your kokzz account balance upon confirmation of payment. kokzz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the name on your registered kokzz account.

You must not engage in any fraudulent activity on the kokzz platform, including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification documents; manipulating game outcomes through software exploits or collusion; engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity; making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions. Any fraudulent activity detected by kokzz will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the kokzz platform is strictly prohibited. kokzz employs technical monitoring systems to detect automated account activity. Accounts found to be using automated software will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited without notice.
